WOODLAND HILLS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION BOARD MEETING

NOVEMBER 7th 2007

President Loren Stanley brought the meeting to order at 18:35hrs. Attending were Gary Hansen, Ev Hutchings, Lois Lund, Mike Swett, Jackie Klatte and Ed Streibel.

Secretary's Report:

Loren Stanley read the minutes from the October meeting. A motion

to accept by Gary, 2nd by Mike.

Income Report:

Due to tank repair costs, the income shows a lost of $28.00 for the month. A motion to accept the Income Statement by Ev, 2nd by Jackie.

Water Report:

Repairs on the 4000gal tank on the hill, have been completed. The new water meter installations have recommenced.

Old Business:

A preliminary legal agreement regarding water rights, between the Alexanders and Woodland Hills Community, has been drawn up. This still has to be agreed on by both parties and therefore there may be some adjustments before it is complete.

The Covenant process is still in progress.

New Business:

At this time there is no new business.

Next Board Meeting: Will be held on Wed 12th December 2007 at 18:30hrs.
