September 2026 Minutes

 

Roll Call:  The September meeting was called to order at 6:30pm.   Attending were board members Jared Nooney and Jim Stewart along with Lois Lund and Dylan Striebel (Clearwater Consulting).

 

Income Report

July highlights:

  • Total revenue was $9,775.94 ▲
  • Net income was $3,535.79  ▼

 

Water Report: There was a leak repair on the mainline at Junco Lane and Woodland Drive on Saturday, September 5.  The mainline valve needed to be replaced and that repair was completed on September 8.  An August storm took out the transducer at the Lark Lane tanks and a program logic controller at pump house 2.  Dakota Pump completed those repairs.
