Roll Call: The meeting was called to order at 6:31pm on September 10.

Adoption of Agenda: The agenda was approved with a 2-0 vote.

Secretary’s Report: There was no meeting in July and August. But the well crafted summary was approved 2-0.

Income Report

August highlights:

• Total revenue was $7,285.35
• Net income was $4,628.79

Water Report: A calm month for the water system. Midco is still being asked to perform a diving inspection of our tanks but no date has been set by Midco, yet.
