Call: The March 13, 2024 meeting was called to
order at 6:45pm.
In
attendance at the meeting were board members Jared Nooney and Jim Stewart. Also attending, Lois Lund and Dylan Striebel
from Clearwater Consulting and Mike Towey from Towey Design Group.
Adoption
of Agenda: A
quorum was not present.
Secretary’s
Report: The February minutes were fabulous but no
quorum was present to approve them.

highlights:
There were six unpaid
accounts in February.
Water
Report: Dylan
reported a SCADA communication failure with pump-house 2 which was corrected by
Dakota Pump through a software update to the system. Dylan noted that only 14 homes have reported their service line
status to the sdwaterpipes web
site. The feds are conducting a water
service line inventory to eliminate all lead water pipes in homes. If you have not completed the survey please
do so online.

Road
Report: A
tax deposit of $610.85 was received.
Snow plow expense was $450.
Mike Towey was asked if he could prepare a presentation on a project to
improve drainage along the roads including installing or replacing driveway
culverts along Woodland Drive and the Lanes.
Mike said that can be done and we should have a some numbers to present
to the homeowners in four to six weeks.
