• Net income was $3,507.20

Water Report: Dylan says he is still waiting for Midco Diving to set up a date for inspection of the water tanks. Dylan reports that a resident is having a very large leak and will be repairing it ASAP. Right now the resident is using a curb key to shut off the water for most of the day.
