Old Business:  The board discovered that the house at 8212 Chickadee Lane was sold and closed last fall.   No one has moved into the house but whoever has the title needs to pay the assessments for the water project.  The board will play detective and find out who holds the title.

New Business: Mike Frybarger presented plans for construction of a new home on his existing lot and once complete he will tear down the existing structure.   Mike's neighbors all agreed to the variance to have two structures on the property for the duration of the construction.  The board also signed off on the variance request.

Road Report: The board met with legal counsel, Richard Williams, to help us decide the best approach to fund a project to improve Woodland Drive from the entrance to Lark Lane.  The project would cost about $400,000 to remove and install a 2 inch asphalt cap.  There are also considerations for drainage improvements to be factored into a project.  The board would most likely have public meetings or public comment periods to gain insight.  All dates for a project yet to be determined.
