Roll
Call: The December 11, 2024 meeting was called to
order at 6:33pm. In attendance at the
meeting were board members Garry Colasardo, Jared Nooney and Jim Stewart. Also attending was Lois Lund and Dylan
from Clearwater Consulting.
Adoption
of Agenda: The
agenda was read and approved.
Secretary’s
Report: The minutes for the November meeting were
approved.

highlights:
Water
Report: A
flushing hydrant at the corner of Lark Lane and Woodland Drive began leaking
the week of Thanksgiving. Brand Powles
was brought to excavate and repair the leak on Monday, December 2. By the time of the repair the leak had
swelled to 20-25 gallons per minute.
The leak was fixed by 1pm. The
base of the flushing hydrant was cracked and a new flushing valve was
installed.

Business:
The board will look for legal services since we have been without since Dale
Hansen passed away in 2018. There are
no issues that need attention at the moment but the board felt it would be wise
to have counsel available who was knowledgeable in regards to sanitary
districts and municipal government.
Road
Report: Sand
barrels will be filled on December 14 if we can recruit some volunteers to
assist the board. Jim will send out a
note.
