Old Business:  None.

New Business: The board will look for legal services since we have been without since Dale Hansen passed away in 2018.  There are no issues that need attention at the moment but the board felt it would be wise to have counsel available who was knowledgeable in regards to sanitary districts and municipal government.

Road Report: Sand barrels will be filled on December 14 if we can recruit some volunteers to assist the board.  Jim will send out a note.

Board member comments:  None.

Resident comments:  None in attendance.
