2019 Election Schedule of events. Election day July 9, 2019.

Two terms are ending.

April 30 and May 7 - publish two notices of vacancy. (first one is 30 days before first day to accept nominating petitions, second notice is a week after first)

Thursday, May 30, 2019 - first day to accept nominating petitions (40 days before election)

Wednesday, June 5, 2019 and Wednesday June 12, 2019 - publish notice of deadline for voter registration (deadline for vote registration is 20 days before the election date). Publication deadline is 34 and 27 days before election.

Wednesday, June 19, 2019- last day to accept nominating petitions (20 days before election)

Wednesday, June 19, 2019 - deadline for voter registration (20 days before election).

Tuesday, June 25, 2019 and Tuesday July 1 - publish notice of election (provided that nominating petitions exceed vacancies). First notice is published 14 days prior to election day and second notice is published 7 days before election.

Tuesday July 9, 2019 - election day. Election day can be any Tuesday in the month following the month of election creating the district: June 25, 2013.
